And no one has to be reminded to turn off the light in the bathroom, because after a certain amount of time they shut off on their own. The lights can also be controlled by a timer to be dimmed at certain hours (you probably don’t want full, bright light when you shuffle to the bathroom at 3 am!).
• Install a laundry chute (if the bathroom has this access to the laundry room)
